Each module builds on the one before it, moving from noticing what is happening inside to handling the world outside.
Module 01
Mindfulness
Kids learn what their attention actually is, and how to steer it. Short, playful practices build the pause between a big feeling and what happens next.
Notice-and-name body cues
Breathing and grounding tools
Focus games for homework and sports
Module 02
Managing Stress
We make stress understandable instead of scary. Kids map their own warning signs and build a personal toolkit for tests, transitions, and busy days.
Spot early stress signals
Calm-down strategies that fit them
Planning for hard moments in advance
Module 03
Emotional Resilience
The bounce-back module. Kids practice flexible thinking, self-compassion after mistakes, and the small brave steps that grow real confidence.
Challenge unhelpful thoughts
Recover from setbacks
Try hard things on purpose
Module 04
Building Bridges
Relationships in practice. Kids work on speaking up kindly, listening well, repairing after conflict, and connecting with others without losing themselves.
Assertive, kind communication
Joining in and including others
Working through conflict
Module 04 in action
Building a tower, and a friendship
From the pilot: two kids spent a session getting this tower to stand. Neither could do it alone. One held the base steady while the other reached up and snapped the next piece in, and every time it wobbled they had to say out loud what to try next. That is what interpersonal effectiveness looks like at this age: not a worksheet, but a real project that only works if they cooperate.

Groups are small on purpose. Waitlist families hear everything first: dates, times, pricing, pickup logistics, and the window to enroll.
